The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 3 days from the date of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

To process your request, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Customized or personalized products
Damage caused due to improper use or mishandling
Minor variations in color, design, or finish due to lighting or screen differences

Eligible products will be replaced with the same item, subject to stock availability
If a replacement is not available, we will offer either:
A full refund, or
Store credit for future purchases

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refund Methods:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

The final credit timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider

If the return is due to an error from our side (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping will be free of cost
For other approved return cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Delivery delays caused by courier partners or external factors are not eligible for refunds
